Our house was in need of an overall upgrade including replacement of exterior clapboards and painting. Kevin Bender and his crews were fantastic! When Kevin made an appointment to meet with us he was always on time. His work crews were always there when they said they would be. The work that was done exceeded our expectations. We anticipate using Kevin Bender to do some work on our driveway and in a year or so, update our deck in the back of our house. I would HIGHLY recommend this company for remodeling. Some think he is a bit pricey, but in our estimation, you get what you pay for and we got outstanding quality of work!

They aren't the cheapest, but their work quality is excellent and they are professional, trustworthy and kind. All of them!

We had wonderful experience working with Kevin and his crew. Kevin is very timely on responding to my requests. The design he helped on the mud room was perfect and extactly what I wanted. I had some small changes I wanted during the design phase and he was very open and quickly responding to my changes. His crew synchorized in a beatutiful way so we have a team coming in to take out the old structure with my hard wood floor nicely protected, a team to repair and prepare the drywall, kevin and the carpenter to install the mud room and the trims (so the mud room looks seemless on the floor), the drywaller to repair and repaint the ceiling and the painter to repaint the hallway. The project was done in two days. The mud room they made for us is beatutiful and high quality.

It went great - Kevin Bender and crew are great to work with Almost any remodeling job turns out to be more than expected. You don't know what you are getting into until you actually start the job and start tearing things out and off. This particular job involved some water damage and rot around the door and frame. Kevin sent out a 3 man crew and they worked diligently and professionally for 3 days to complete the project. Kevin had other jobs going at the time but he was there every day to check on things - sometimes twice a day bringing extra materials, etc. The crew had Kevin on speed dial and they checked with each other throughout the day/project. They were like clockwork - they start at 7 am and close up around 4. They cleaned up around project every day. When project was finished they hauled everything away and left premises neat. They were very professional and the job looked great when done. Can't really comment on the price as we do not get jobs done like this very often - we did have other estimates that were considerably lower, but I think that for the quality of work that they did, the price was reasonable. All in all a very nice company to work with.

It went very well, we have used Kevin and his crew for a number of projects and they have yet to disappoint us.

Overall, Kevin's crew made the best use of their time, consulted with me on any changes needed, had a good sense of humor and cleaned up each evening.

Different projects with different time frames. He helps to keep expectations realistic without cutting corners. He subcontracts little, it has been the same crew for most of the projects and if he does subcontract its with people he knows and has previous had business. His crew is great .. they are very clean. Kevin has great ideas about different options for doing the bathroom and basement. I feel overtime he has learned what we like and don't like and its a given. He has a great eye for design and finishing details but also accepts and freely accepts our input and ideas. He is the first to say he is NOT the cheapest estimate you will receive for the estimate, but if you want it done right... On the very few issues I have had, he has come back quickly to fix it. He leads by example with his crew, willing to jump in a do the work when needed. Overall we will continue to use Kevin, Aubrey, Leland, Zach, and the rest of his crew for our jobs.

Kevin gave us our original quote in September 2011 when he remodeled our Son's bathroom. We ask if they could wait until after the holidays to start our remodel. They started January 9th at 7am. They worked monday through thursday from 7am until 5pm until the project was finished, February 27th. They did a very good job at controlling the dust and dirt when they pulled the walls and ceiling down. They crawled under our house, dirt, to put all new water lines in, level the flooring and add new plumbing. They listened to our ideas and came up with a few we didn't even think about. Some of our plans had to be altered do to the shape of our house, but Kevin and his crew adapted our plans to make everything work. They were very professional and we trusted them in our house even if we were not home at the time. We are so happy with the results.
