Bee Windows

Getting window ordered and communication was terrible. Installation was fine.

When I found out that the existing windows were installed by Bee and came with a lifetime guarantee, I wanted them to correct the 10yr old windows (they had installed). Their price for the new windows was not competitive. I have removed the windows myself. I had the additional windows installed by Coors.

They wanted more money and I didn't want to pay. When they walked out of the door, it wasn't something that I wanted to deal with. The quote was pretty high. I decided not to do the work. They showed up on time and they were responsive. I might get a quote from them in the future, but don't know if I would use them.

Several years ago Bee windows installed several windows in my home and several windows were installed by Best windows. The quality of the windows was vastly different. The windows from Bee were probably stock windows, not measured for my house and they are hard to work, and are pulling apart at the corners. As i did not want replacement windows from them I did not ask for them to be replaced. I would not use them again. I no longer have the paper work stating the date and cost.

I was happy with the siding work that was done and the guys that did the work. I was not happy about the owners constantly pulling the crew from my job to go and work on other houses. It took six weeks for them to complete my house because of that. One week was bad weather, so I'll give them that week. The low grades are for the corporate staff and not the work crew that came to my home.

The price was high, but better than the competition and the quality of the windows is excellent. The installation crew -- headed by Mike -- was wonderful. They were prompt, courteous, clean and extremely respectful of the surroundings and the famly that lives there. On top of that, they were friendly and extremely pleasant to deal with. We are extremely pleased.
