+ -1 moreI CALLED LARRY FRIER, OWNER & REQUESTED HIS SERVICES YESTERDAY EVENING. HE SAID HE COULD POSSIBLY DO IT THIS FRIDAY, 07/01/05. I SAID THAT'D BE FINE. HE ASKED HOW HIGH THE LAWN WAS, AND I TOLD HIM ABOUT 6 INCHES OR BETTER. HE SAID HIS WIFE WOULD CALL ME THURSDAY TO CONFIRM POSSIBLE FRIDAY CUTTING. TODAY, THE NEIGHBOR'S YARDMAN CUT THEIR LAWN ACROSS THE STREET. I HAD BEEN TRYING TO SET UP REGULAR SERVICE WITH HIM, SO I ASKED IF HE COULD CUT US TODAY & HE AGREED TO DO IT. THE LAWN LOOKED SO BAD, I WAS RELUCTANT TO WAIT 'TILL FRIDAY & SOMETHING HAPPEN TO PREVENT IT BEING CUT FOR JULY 4TH. I LEFT A MESSAGE ON LARRY'S PHONE BUTLER AS TO WHAT I'D DONE, AND THAT I WOULDN'T NEED HIM TO COME ON FRIDAY. LARRY FRIER WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING AND VERY RESPONSIVE TO COMMITMENT. I'D USE HIS SERVICE IN THE FUTURE (IF HE'D ALLOW ME)- THEY WERE EASY TO TALK TO, AND I BELIEVE THEY'LL DO WHAT THEY SAY. I JUST WANTED TO MAKE MAXIMUM USE OF CONVENIENCE FOR EVERYONE.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE AND HELPFUL. THEY WERE HAPPY TO COME OUT WITHIN 2 DAYS TO MOW OUR LAWN, BUT OUR NEIGHBOR DID IT FOR US WHILE MY HUSBAND WAS SICK AND I WAS AT WORK. WE WILL CERTAINLY USE THEM IF WE NEED SERVICE IN THE FUTURE. THEY ARE VERY NICE FOLKS.
