Very punctual and professional. Explained everything in understandable terms. Was very patient with us first time home buyers and gave us tricks for repairs that have saved us money since we bought the home. The report was extremely well done and very organized. We were very impressed.

The inspector showed up on time and thoroughly inspected the house, including the roof, all exterior, interior, electrical, and attic space. The inspector was very knowledgeable, not only about inspection issues, but also gave very good advice on maintenance for a new home owner. The house was very well prepared and he found only a few issues with it, but he was very thorough. The inspection report was easy to understand with red text of things that needed to be addressed.

Rob was very professional. He provided us with a very detailed home inspection report (with lots of pictures) for the home we are purchasing. We especially appreciated the Executive Summary with the highlights. He walked with my husband around the home before he left to point out the "major" things he found. Also appreciated that he dropped off the radon testing equipment - process takes 48 hours - 2 days before the actual inspection so that we had all of the reports we needed in less than 24 hours after inspection was performed. His price was very reasonable - up to $400 less than another quote we had for the same services.

Excellent service. I had questions about mold. Rob inspected the area, said he did not see enough to be concerned and recommended against having an air test done. I decided to do so anyway, but I appreciate his consideration for unnecessary tests. Technical results proved him correct--no problem in need of a solution.

Rob was very responsive, replying to email questions almost immediately. He answered questions appropriately - in terminology we could understand. He even answered questions outside of the scope of the inspection job (e.g., "do you think we could take this wall out without compromising the roof structure", or "what would you recommend..."). When a light wouldn't turn on he went to great lengths to find the problem, including changing the bulb 3 times. We used the coupon on Angie's List to save some $$ too! We highly recommend ATD!!

Excellent! Rob was very polite and just watching him work made us confident. He took time to answer our questions, tested every outlet, opened & closed windows, ran the dishwasher, stove, and sent a full report w/ pictures by email that very evening. I am very picky & this guy was spot on!

Rob showed up on time, started his inspection on the exterior of the house and then moved into the interior. How took many pictures and noted to us what he was looking at and what was wrong with parts of the house. He concluded his inspection, gave a brief overview of the outcome and what to expect. Also provided a handy, and large amount of materials on home maintenance for the future.

He was on time and did a good job. We had the report in a timely manner and were very pleased with his service.

We've had Rob from ATD Home Inspection inspect two houses for us in the last few months (the first one fell through). He arrived on time and did a very thorough job. I appreciate that he let me accompany him throughout the entire inspection. I asked a lot of questions, and he answered them all--explaining what things are, how they work, and what I needed to do to repair or maintin them. He provided a written report of the inspection with photos within a couple of hours after completing the inspection.

Mr. Jude arrived early and wasted no time getting started on the inspection. He began with running the water in the kitchen and bathrooms. He was great at multi tasking, and he made sure to help answer questions at any point throughout the inspection. After checking the water he went outside to get on the roof and inspect sites on the property that needed to be inspected. That took about 15- 20 minutes. After being outside and on the roof, he came back inside to check the electric, walls, doors, crawl spaces, etc. He was very thorough and knowledgeable about what we can do and where we can go to have this or that fixed. We appreciated him answering all of our questions, as well as being available within the same week we called for the inspection. The inspection lasted for about an hour and a half. He began early at 8:45 a.m. and ended about 10:20 a.m. By 5:30 pm on the same day, we had a full inspection report including pictures with any possible issues highlighted. We highly recommend his services!

Trouble with this process was that I was still in South Carolina, so I had to do everything long distance. Rob was immediately responsive, and he was able to schedule the inspection easily within the seven days allowed. When a friend of mine stopped by the new house, Rob was already hard at work. Rob covered every nook and cranny -- finding where things had been repaired, added on, and yes, where some things needed attention. The inspection took just over two hours, was very informative, and very professional. I would use Rob again (hope I don't have to), and definitely recommend him to others. Thanks to Angie's List for helping me find such a nice and professional inspector!

We pulled up to the house exactly at 3 pm and Rob was there and waiting. As soon as we introduced ourselves, Rob went to work, did not waste any time. Very professional. Summarized findings for us verbally and showed us problems in terms we could understand. Written report was provided promptly. Written description of areas reviewed and problems discovered was comprehensive and understandable. Many pictures included in the report helped clarify issues. Would use ATD Home Inspection and would recommend to others.

I paid on Angie's List & told Rob; but he didn't seem to understand that. So I paid again he eventually caught the mistake & we didn't have to double pay. But he never asked if we wanted Radon +Water - We didn't know it wasn't included in wholehouse, our realtor said it was he he prity redid them.

When they showed up, they introduced himself and got to work. Both my son and I were there. The contractor came and asked us questions and told us what he found. We were pleased with his work. He got under the house and went up on the roof even though it was raining outside. We were very pleased with this company. I would highly recommend them and use them again in the future.
