I finished a cross-stitch I'd been working on for YEARS and now needed to frame it as a Christmas gift. I came in only a week before I wanted the final product and Art of Framing had experience with pieces like mine and would be able to work in my timeframe as a rush order. The proprietor took the time to choose the correct mat and frame for my piece, considering the environment it would be working in, the necessary thickness of the cross stitch and foam it would be mounted on, as well as my price range. They took extreme care to make the final product as good as possible, washing, pressing, and stretching the cross stitch before framing it. I also saw the employees' interactions with other customers while I was there. They have amazing rapport and seem to really care about presenting each piece in the best possible manner, taking as much time as needed to choose the best mat and frame ensemble and double checking with each customer before they leave the store to be sure their work turned out as expected. I would definitely recommend this store for any high-quality framing needs. The prices reflect the quality of their work, so expect to pay for what you get.

Janie, the owner, provided me with samples of the arrangement, framing choices, and background matting. She offered less expensive options that still provided a quality look too. She was professional, friendly and knowlegeable. The shadow box was completed a day before expected too. The store is clean, comfortable and beautiful with anything needed for picture framing plus some nice art pieces for sale. I wouldn't trust anyone else with something precious.
