ALL SEASONS ROOFING

Signed a contract on July 15th to have our home reroofed and paid 50% down in cash. Was told we were roughly a week out and the work would take roughly a week. July came and went with no call, no show from All Seasons. August, same thing. We tried numerous times to find out what was going on with no reply until September. They finally returned our phone calls and showed up the week of September 12th to begin work. They then showed up one day a week and eventually, five weeks later finished the job. They finished Tuesday, October 18th and demanded their money by October 21st or they will put a lien on our house. Never have we said we would delay payment or would not pay in full. I have proof for any one who cares to see. We have not even been up on the roof to inspect their work and yet they are emailing and calling us more in the last two days for their money, then they have I the last four months. From what I saw a couple of weeks ago when they were halfway through the job, it looked good, but I will never use them again.

Overall it went great. The workers were very nice and the service was done within two days.

The tear off resulted in scuffed siding and scratched glass on patio door. The new shingles were poorly laid. The tabs do not line up. The runs drift up/down. Tear off removed flashing but roofers did not replace. Rainwater POURED into the house ruining drywall and ceiling. Roofing crew smashed guttering carrying shingles to the roof. Less than 6 mo. later a major leak developed at soil stack. It was found they didn't even put a $5 boot around the stack.

The experience was fine. There were no glitches. They did the work, cleaned up and left.
