Not much to tell. I contacted him by phone and left a message. Several days later, he contacted me, by phone, and left a message. Several days after that I tried, again. By the time he got back to me, I had hired someone else. He was nice and polite over the phone. He apologized for not being able to get back to me sooner.

Initial impressions of the house were fairly positive. We did not meet Williams until closing, at which time several minor repairs were still unfinished (conditions of our negotiations). Some of those repairs were done, but the others we gave up on. Within less than six months, problems developed such as water pouring out of an electrical switch during heavy storms and nail pops eventually numbering 125+. Verbally Williams had said we could contact with within two years regarding nail pops, however, Wiliams stopped responding to our phone calls and eventually certified letters. We ended up going to small claims court and a judgement was issued in our favor, which Williams did pay promptly.

Overall experience went excellent. Meet with builder on a regular basis without delay. The builder was very prompt and professional. I was very impressed with the open communication directly with the builder. The project went as budgeted and everything was delivered as promised. The quality was excellent.
