It went very well. The job was done very professionally and they cleaned up my property very well. I was highly satisfied and the quote was much better than others I received. Will have them back to do more work in the future.

They came on time and went quickly to work in just about two hours it was down and they did a spectacular job cleaning up.

After receiving an estimate they never showed at the appointed times to remove the trees. Even after two calls with promises of when they would come they were a complete no-show. I suspect they underestimated and simply ignored us so they wouldn't loose money on the job. We ended up hiring another company to do the work.

Everything went very well. The guys were very professional, friendly and did a great job. They even trimmed a tree that needed it that I forgot to ask about and did not charge me extra.

Best ever. Took out only what truly needed to be removed. Did trees in both front and back yard. Cleaned up all loose branches after the cuts were finished. Very professional. Have used his service for years. Will continue to do so for years to come if possible.

They did a nice job when they got here. They were a week late without any explanation or apologies. We called about additional work that we wanted done and set an appointment - no show. Called again and set up another appointment - no show. We ended up doing it ourselves. They sent a clear message that our business is not important since they couldn't pick up the phone to cancel an appointment.

Work done exactly as promised, on time, and on quote. Very professional. Would and have recommdnded the service to others.

Despite a previous bad review Angie's list, and despite the fact we had difficulty connecting with them on the phone, my husband hired them to trim and remove some bushes. We thought their estimate was the best we had received in terms of the quantity of work relative to the price. The day they were to provide the work, it ended up raining later in the day. They never showed up. After a total of four different phone calls and voice mail messages, they finally called back towards the end of the day. We told them we wished to cancel.

Someone was supposed to come by that afternoon so we made arrangements to leave work early to meet them. No one showed up. And no one called. The next day they called and claimed they could not find the place, reading an incorrect address, though they had repeated the correct address the day before. They also claimed that they tried to call but it didn't go through. They said someone would be by that evening but no one ever showed up and no contact has been made since. We had the work done by another company that night so they may have seen the pile of branches and realized it wasn't worth their time.

They did very well. They came and gave us an estimate. They did the job well. They were very neat and clean. They did everything they said they were going to do.

They did a good job. We didn't ask them to hall everything away. It was less expensive. We did a lot of work but it saved us money. It was good that they worked with us on that. They're good at what they do.

We regularly used Alford's tree service. It is now under new management, and is a bit more expensive than before, but still worth it. They are professional, pleasant, and insured. They are careful to tie off the branches so that they do not hit the house, gutters, or other plants in the yards. They will cut up the wood for your fireplace if you ask. They will also take the logs away if you do not want them.
