Airsource Heating and Cooling

They had to come twice because bearing with fan had gone out but it is now fine. They came back promptly to repair the air conditioner. We didn't have any problem and I wasn't disappointed with the work even though they had to come out the second time.

The guy who came out was very honest and on time. He was clean. His prices and the guarantees are better than what I have been quoted by other people.

They're always awesome. They're the regular people we always call and so we don't have any complaints about them. Their prices were pretty good. I first worked with him on an A/C problem that someone else had told me we needed a whole new system and he found a very small problem to fix and fixed it and we've had no problems since then with the old system. In the process of that, we started talking with him and that indicated to me he was fair and had paid attention to detail. He also installed a tankless furnace and tankless water system. It's the first one he had to install of that brand so he had to do a lot of work off the clock. I think he lost a lot of money from us just trying to troubleshoot with the company both here and in Korea. Whatever he told us at the start what the cost would be, that was it. So he went above and beyond the call of duty. We told him to get the installation right and he got it right.

This is the first Navien tankless boiler Airsource had done and there were issues with the performance of the boiler. We have an almost 100 year old house on two floors and we wanted two zones-one for up and one for down, so it has not been a simple task. However, Jerome has continued to work to find out information from the company, has come back repeatedly to tweak and change and adjust, install additional radiant capacity, and assured us that we would be happy in the end or he would make it right-even if he had to completely start over. I am happy to report that I think we are just about there!!! (We had to wait for a new heating season to start working on it again.) Also, the water heater is awesome and has worked as expected right from the start. Our gas bill from NIPSCO has dropped dramatically. It is so rewarding to hear the water heater fire up on demand and shut off the minute we are done running hot water! Jerome is punctual, professional, and neat.. Does not leave a mess. We highly reccommend.
