 + -1 moreEverything went as arranged. The repair actually took a day less than anticipated. The price came in exactly as quoted, so there wasn't any unpleasant and quot;sticker shock.and quot; In their old location, it was quite hard to find parking, but that shouldn't be an issue any longer. Getting a computer repaired is always nerve-wracking but I felt these guys were trustworthy.
Description of Work: The Abstract team replaced the fan on my wife's 2007 Mac laptop.

 + -1 moreThe folks at Abstract Technology Group had the new fan ready to go in just a few days (even over the New Year) and now the laptop is quiet as can be. I was pleased with their readiness to discuss options over the phone. The hourly labor rate (around $100) is high but these guys are clearly at the top of their game. One minor irritation: it's difficult to maneuver in their small, irregular parking lot, which is always full.
Description of Work: My laptop (late 2007 MacBook Pro) needed a new fan; the old one was making a racket.
