+ 0 moreKevin and crew arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem. They then brought in a large auger and set to clearing the blockage. The block was more than 60 feet outside the house, so it required a long run with the auger. No problems, as they had all the equipment necessary. Within an hour, the job was complete.

+ -1 moreI have the feeling that I had just experienced a senior citizen scam performed by the other company. I am grateful for A-1 Company.
Description of Work: I had originally called another company for the problem. The technician left at the end of day without cleaning up or fixing the problem. The supervisor came the next day and tried to solve the problem. He gave me an estimate of $2,400.00 to put in a new link. I called A-1 Company. Kevin came within hours and had it repaired by the end of day for a fraction of the $2,400.
