We have been providing services to Northwest Indiana and the lower Michigan areas for the past eleven years. We are accomplished in not only rehabbing homes, but in new construction as well. We are also certified by the EPA in Lead Management services. Our broad range of expertise covers everything under the roof, including the three R’s: remodel, rebuild, and repair. We offer a wide variety of services to maintain any need that your facility should require. In case of an emergency, we will provide you with 24 hour dispatching. We cover plumbing, heating, electrical, concrete and asphalt repairs, sewer routing, plowing, lawn care, etc. All you have to do is call us, and we will be there quickly and ready to work. Whether your snow removal needs are big or small, Northwoods is here for you. Our dispatch monitors the weather for upcoming storms by using several weather reporting agencies. This allows us to be ready for not only expected, but unexpected weather events at a moments notice. Our snow removal equipment ranges from ATV’s to heavy duty pickup trucks. We use straight blades, V blades, loaders, and containment plows to get the job done efficiently and effectively. Great! Everybody that works for Northwoods are very friendly and helpful. After the job was done they even did a great job at cleaning up. If I ever need that kind of work done again I am for sure going to give them a call.

Description of Work: The work involved was a removal and replacement of an old sewer line that was leaking. We did have a discussion about the cost of the parts and an adjustment was agreed upon.

Moisture and rough winters were eating away at our front steps leading into our home. After requesting an appraisal, Tom showed up the next day to give us one. After shopping around, his price combined with knowledge of the problem proved to be best. The contractor that showed up made a great impression. He was 15 minutes early, and very helpful throughout the day. He went over his scope of work, and answered any questions I had. He even warned me to move my cars and close the garage door due to the amount of dust that was going to be flying around. The job took a full 8 hours, and the contractor was diligent with his work throughout. The steps were ready for use the next day. Will definitely use this company again if needed.
Description of Work: Removed old mortar and loose bricks from front stairs, resurfaced bricks and replaced with new mortar.
