Hired them last year and they were wonderful, called this year as we had a warranty issue with a Hayward product, and they are an authorized dealer and technical support. After going back and forth for 2 months they finally said sorry we can't or won't do the job we have no technicians to do the work? Really very poor customer service, no response or communication at all

Hired them in May to finish an inground pool. Gave them 1/2 down. They never showed up. The only time I heard from them is when I called. I called the week they said they would start, and they said it would be the next week. We heard this over and over until June. Then they blamed it on the weather. Kept calling was always told we were on the schedule and then they never showed up or called me back. They told me not to call they would call me when they had an opening ,that was the last I heard from them in June. Unorganized, bad customer service. The girls answering the phone always said we were put on the schedule for a certain day, and never were. Then they called in October to return our check , and we were told they could not get to it because of rain. Well we had plenty of days from May- Sept that it didn't rain. They never ever called to tell us the status. They ruined our summer , UPDATE and response to Naqua Tech. Naqua Tech lost our check and that is why it was not cashed. Mikes response " The customer did give us a check for a deposit and we did NOT deposit that due to the fact we were not sure if we would be able to actually do the work. Is not true. Then they eventually found our check in October and sent it back to us. We also have a voice mail from Mike at Aqua Tech on June 10th. Mike stated he lost the check and was still going to do our job, and asked us to write out another check when they showed up to work.

The work is currently underway and I would say the team is very conscientious, hard working and they clean up every day upon completion of their work. The owner, Mike has been a pleasure to work with and I would recommend them for even the most complex in-ground pool remodel.

Naqua quoted me $265 to close my pool & charged me $365. They said I had to pay the $100 add-on, because of for extra work they had to do. I had to redo some of their work: reposition the cover cable around the vertical upright post & adjust the cable.

they could not fix light in pool called them and no one got back with me. neighbor down the road fix light in 2 minutes put a bigger screw in it. for money I paid you would of thought they knew more. they did do cleaning of the pool but to recommend them NO.
