After a phone call to describe the services needed, they said they would call back to schedule a time. They called back 30 minutes later to set an appointment on a Friday morning 10 days later, which was just enough time to have the outlet moved before a cabinet was being installed the following week. Received an email from MB Electric on the Wednesday afternoon 2 days before the appointment saying they would need to reschedule. I emailed back asking when, and they said they couldn't tell me but it would be a couple more weeks. MB was polite but not at all reliable; wouldn't recommend calling them if you have a timeline. Didn't feel the vague email reschedule was professional and would have expected an expedited rescheduled appointment. I moved on and called another electrician who was able to set an appointment 2 days later.

This is the second and third time we have used MB Electric. They had scheduled the gas line to be installed a couple of days before the installation of the generator. They arrived as scheduled. Worked was professional and finished on time. That afternoon I ask for an estimate to install a pendent light over the kitchen sink. Two days later as scheduled, the light was installed, again very professionally. The installer even found a wire that had snapped in one of the 4way light switches that was giving us problems. This is a professional company doing quality work. It doesn't matter if you have a small job or a large one. The work is always high quality.

The serviceman came promptly and worked very quickly, fixing our phone jacks in less than an hour.

It went pretty good! They got there on time but needed to go back to the shop to get some more conduit. They came back and finished the job quickly. I needed to call for a bill and the nice lady said that they would have one out as quickly as the holiday schedule allowed. I would use them again.

Mark has done many things for me in the past and came highly recommended by a plumber I used to know. He is prompt, always courteous and his prices are good considering the work that he does. I don t have a problem recommending him and will use him again.
