Was looking for someone to clean carpets. Called Tim. What a nice young man & very concise of customer service. Not only did he do an excellent job but made sure that I was satisfied with the job he done. Have made arrangements to have him help with some other projects. I would HIGHLY recommend Tim. Well, he couldn't actually fix the central air unit when he initially said he could; he did determine that the problem was more extensive than he initially thought and he charged me anyway. He's very nice, but maybe moving forward set proper expectations up front.

Tim Malenius brought materials with him on his first and final visit. He quickly diagnosed the problem and formulated a solution. I thought the solution was optimal. That is, the scope of the project was limited to what was minimally needed. This kept the project to one visit. It was not necessary to go further and start into a lot of woodwork. The solution minimized my cost.
