My wife called two different days during business hours and left messages both times requesting someone contact us regarding housing services. We've never been able to speak to a live person. It's been two weeks now and we've not received a call back. Very unprofessional way to do business.

Amy and her staff always do a fantastic job cleaning my house. I have a lot of wood flooring and the floors are always thoroughly dusted, the bathrooms are scrubbed and even the hard-to-reach area under the stove is cleaned. Amy always comes when she says she is going to come and she and her staff are very friendly, professional and respectful of my home. Amy is also trustworthy. I frequently have to schedule cleanings when I am not at home. Amy lets herself in, does a thorough job, and nothing is ever amiss when I return. I am very thankful I've found someone I feel comfortable with in my home when I'm not there. One time I also had a plumbing issue with my home and Amy went out of her way to bring a plumber she knows over to help assess the problem. I thoroughly recommend Lavender & Lemon for professional home cleaning.

Amy is a wonderful person providing top-notch service that is well worth the reasonable price. I have 2 cats and 2 dogs, so lots of dirt and debris, plus we are currently building an addition; needless to say, my house gets very dirty - fast. Amy and her crew do a thorough job every time, even in challenging circumstances, such as ongoing construction and pets running amok. My house is always spotless and everything is in order. I travel a lot, so my time at home is precious. Amy's services have improved my quality of life at home immensely by freeing up a lot of time - I don't know what I ever did without her! She is always professional and friendly. She keeps in constant contact about any issues as they come up. I trust her completely and know that if I ever have questions or a special request, she is just a phone call or email away, and ready with a timely response. As an environmental professional, it is important to me that she strives to provide the best in eco-friendly cleaning and delivers a flawless result with minimal environmental impact. I am completely satisfied with her services. The only regret I have is that I didn't contact her sooner!

Surface cleaning ok. However, a lot of dirt left under my couch, dust behind a chair. Ceiling fans not cleaned at all. Good cleaning to front of appliance, but not to sides or above.

I feel that this review was completely unfair and unreasonable based on the following factors. First of all, (Member name removed) main floor of house had not been cleaned in quite along time as evidenced from heavy layers of dust and dirt. This was our first scheduled cleaning for (Member name removed). She was quoted a price for routine biweekly cleaning not deep cleaning. As with any job that we take on, if there is an excess of dust and dirt throughout the house it may take a couple of cleaning's before we can get it to a maintainable level. Secondly, (Member name removed) lack of communication about her displeasure was not relayed to me at all. I was never called or emailed, she simply gave me no option to remedy things for her.

Description of Work: I hired Amy to clean my residence every other week. She worked for me for almost a year and I had been VERY pleased with her services. While I would prefer to keep her services, a friend split from her husband and she will be living with me for many months until she gets back on her feet and will be assuming the responsiblity of cleaning. Amy came out to do an estimate for our 4 BR, 3 BA, + finished basement house. She's an excellent communicator, very punctual and professional and trustworthy. I look forward to Amy coming every week or two. I'm so glad I found her!
