They were excellent. They came in and explained everything that they needed to do, did it as explained. The gal who is the company owner, told me everything that was going to happen. She told me we would see the final results in a week to 10 days, be was saw a change immediately. It was good. And they're local!
Description of Work: They sprayed the house and yard to get rid of carpenter ants.

Description of Work: We live on the harbor in New Buffalo. Hatfield employees are both knowledgeable and punctual. We had to call again when we noticed some ants and they came out again and set traps. I really like dealing with this company.

They are very responsive. We placed a call about a problem that we had and they came out the same day. They diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes and they got rid of them. We had a couple of bees nest underneath our siding and we didn't have any idea from where they were coming and they were able to find them and took care of it. He actually gave me a discount for being with them. I would rate them as high as possible.
