All the workers were very professional. They worked hard and always asked if we were pleased with how they did the work. We will have them do any tree work that is needed in the future.

They did a very good job and the clean up was fantastic.

Since we had so much rain, the work could not be done immediately. I wanted to avoid the higher charge and wait until the lawn was dry enough to drive his equipment down the hill to the island, "Truck to Yard". On 8/20 at 9 am 4 men stopped by with two vehicles. I greeted them and they started working. With Mr. Forrester was agreed to drag the branch off the island and my plants and put it on the lawn for now. When we have drier weather towards the weekend, he would come back and remove everything. I went back to my office, when the bell rang. They were already done after 40 minutes! I went to the yard and everything was gone. I was told that the bill is 485 dollars for "Truck on Road". I was pretty much in a shock and explained to the crew that my agreement was different and that I will talk to Steve about the matter. I left a message for Steve and he called me back and told me to calm down. It was a misunderstanding and the crew was not given the correct directions. It will be 285 dollars. Needless to say I was very relieved and pleasantly surprised about how fair he handled the situation.

I had called several tree services to come out and give me an estimate for tree removal. I didn't mention any dollar amounts, I just showed them all the work I wanted done. One of the companies I had called didn't even bother to show up just for an estimate!! Another one said that they would do the work for the same price as what the other guy said. REALLY?? What kind of estimate is that? Out of the five I had called, Steve from Forresters Quality Tree Service beat the other estimates by almost HALF for the exact same work!! About a week and a half later, Steve and his crew arrived at 9am and immediately began working. They layed down plywood to prevent any damage to the grass as requested. Everytime I would talk to Steve or ask a question, it was always "yes sir"! They worked all day without any breaks until all the work was complete. When the job was complete, Steve wanted us both to inspect the work areas to ensure that the work they had done was to my satisfaction. There was no down payment, or half now and half later after the job was complete, or a charge for the estimate. They did an awesome job, total clean up and you could hardly tell that they had even been there, except for the missing trees of course. They even applied some grass seed to a few bald areas I had pointed out. I have told some friends and neighbors how pleased my wife and I are with the whole experience and that we will definately be using them again as needed!
