The process was just fine. There was some extra work involved because the original skylight was custom, so they had to do some things they did not anticipate. They were very good about this and finished up in a timely manner.

The entire experience was great. Tom and his crew were here when they said they would be or would call if the schedule changed. Any estimate changes were discussed and approval given before the changes were made. The entire crew was respectful, courteous and a pleasure to work with. I would very highly recommend AMARCO for your home repair problems.

We had a major storm that past through the Northwest Indiana area of which a large portion of roofing shingles flew off. I called many A+ Angie's list companies but only Tom at Amarco came to give an estimate. In fact Tom came out on Thanksgiving which I couldn't believe. Told me the price should be around $700 and he could do it the next week. I had to be out of town that week but he said wasn't a problem. I came back from my trip and the roof looked good as new. Tom called me the next week and said that the price was actually $600 not $700. Who lowers the price after a job? So I can't say enough good things about Amarco, I will use them in the spring for a roof tune up.

I called, some one was available almost right away. Arrived on time. Checked out the spot inside our home where the leak was showing. Got up on the roof, found and repaired the leak and did a little preventative work. He was finished and gone is slightly more than one hour. No problem since. Very polite. Would use again.

Tom is an honest man who repaired our roof on several occasions. He has re-roofed our house, re-roofed our garage .Came out immediatly when there was storm damage. He is honest, prompt, friendly, and does quality work. Will not hesitate to call on him again.

They quoted me about $11000 and there was some other work included as well. The guy who came out was very pleasant and professional. There was nothing special, but he was patient, took his time and explained everything.

People who came out from Amarco Company were extremely thorough. They were very friendly. They took their time and gave me lots of information. I thought their quote was too high. I would not consider using them in the future only because of their price.

We didn’t have a good experience with him at all. We didn’t hear anything from them. Three weeks went by, so we had someone else come out and they gave us an estimate right away. It was a little bit higher than Amarco, but we are going to have it done. The Amarco guy wrote an email to my husband asking if he had thought any more about the contract with them. My husband said that we had already had someone come out to do it. The Amarco guy wrote a really nasty letter back. It was terrible. He told we should have given him a chance after he spent the time to come back. He even called them some kind of a stupid name. We didn’t actually have anything with him done. It was just the way he handled things and it was the owner of the company. He was very very rude. He should have at least followed up. We thought he would follow up with us, and he didn’t. He blamed us. There was no need for a letter or an email like that.

I talked to two people and I liked him the best. His estimate was very high. We are snowed in now so I can't do anything until the snow is off the roof. He broke the estimate down because the house is in pretty bad shape and probably needs a whole new roof and more than that. He was very responsive and he told me he would come back and he did. I think I would probably use him; I just have to get him to come down in price. I really liked him and he was a really nice guy. He did everything thoroughly as far as what he was looking at to give me a decent estimate. He went up in the attic and up on the roof. His name was Tom. I didn't have any complaints and I am pretty picky.

The roofer is really good and he is well rated online. His bid was right in line with everyone else when we asked him to give us a quote for our job. He was better than the others. His prices weren’t very steep. He said that one of the jobs that he had done was particularly complicated. I would ask people to hire him to get their job done before anyone else. I would definitely use his services in the future too and I would not choose anybody else for the roofing work.

AMARCO came promptly when they promised. The workers were professional while working. All cleanup was completed as promised, and the roof looks fine.
