I would totally go to them again. They got us in the day that we called. It was within 30 minutes. They were so easy to deal with. We just had to drop off the car. They got it done within 2 -3 hours. It's perfect. We didn't have any problems. The guy said that if we have any issues, we could come back by and he would fix them. They were really good. He was really nice. They got the inside of our car really clean too. Our car was clean as when we left it. They even put our car seat back in for us which was nice.

When we picked the vehicle up it had black hand prints plus cuts on both sides of the headliner. They said they would replace the headliner front to back but we found out they just wanted to glue new cloth over the same headliner. This was a brand new 2013 GMC terraine with 2400 miles on it. Talked to dealer and upholsterer who said you can't do it that way and make it look right. Estimate for new headliner was almost $1800 Z-tech refused to fix it right so we got an attorney and filed suit. As of today 11/25/13 have not settled.

They installed the wrong seat kits. Then eventually they removed the wrong kits and installed the correct kits. But I now have switches on both seats that go to nothing. If they removed these switches I would then have holes in my seat panels. They also never installed the tonneau cover. They said the price I paid for it was the wrong price and would not sell it at that price even though I had a receipt showing paid in full. They did not refund my money on the cover until Discover (the charge card) I used to pay for it got involved. They even in the beginning told Discover I received all items. I contacted the BBB and the told them they would give back the money I paid for the cover and never received. I forwarded all this to Discover and they eventually got my money back. It wasn't until late March through. So in my opinion they are not a very honest company to do business with
