Very careful to protect plants and other property. Excellent job. Cleaned up completely. Offered to replace a broken flower pot, we told them it was broken before they started. In demand so we had to wait 2 months for work, it was worth the wait.

Dan Vance, his son, and his nephew worked through the winter on building a room addition. They were always friendly and professional. They worked on the room daily until it was finished. I don't remember how long it took, but it was a very reasonable amount of time. I am very happy with their work. After 6 years, we have had no problems with the work.

Dan worked for a couple of days to install a pagoda frame in my sister's memorial garden in my side yard. I wanted it to be permanent, so he did just that by installing it in concrete. It's not going anywhere for a long time. Absolutely beautiful. I have had so many compliments on it. He also installed an outside pole light in the garden. He is truly a jack of all trades. I don't think there's anything he can't do and he does it all so very well. Anyone should be honored to have him do a job for them. It will be done right and at a reasonable cost.

Dan, his son, and his nephew were on it as usual. I am so very satisfied with the construction of the front porch. I'm sure it added value to our home. These are fine people who can be trusted to do a very good job at a reasonable price. They even sent us a restaurant gift card for Christmas. I look forward to having Dan enlarge my bedrooms and adds a large bathroom once I have the funds. I have often wondered what would I do if Dan ever stopped working. Who would I call? Yes, they've been there for emergencies also. Whenever I'm in a bind, I say to myself, "Call Dan"! I know if I tried, it would not be done correctly. I admit it. It's so nice to have someone available that I can trust. Great guys!

This job was completed extremely well. I wanted a swing attached to the deck which I was very well satisfied. I wondered how they would be able to do this swing, but it came off without a hitch. I was more pleased then I expected.

Every job has gone great. Danny Vance will not take any money until the job is complete and finished to your satisfaction.
