Thermodyn tech arrived hours after scheduled time. I requested the same tech who was out to our home for the insurance claim who stated he could fix the issue- they said yes but then sent someone else unfamiliar with system. Could not fix system as previously stated they could during insurance inspection. They billed for 2 hours of driving time and a fuel sur-charge. Four hours total labor and told me "must be too cold for system to perform". They never put a dollar amount on work order I signed, I assumed it was free because they could not honor their commitment to repair it, so I signed a work order with no dollar amount- they billed me a week later $296.50- which my insurance company paid as they too were outraged! The tech was a very nice guy, I fault the ownership however for not acknowledging our complaints and the poor outcome, and fraudulent billing practices for not fixing a very simple issue that resulted in my family of five needlessly suffering through the coldest winter month in recent Indiana history. Hired local contractor who fixed the issue in 5 minutes, and at LESS cost than what Thermodyn billed me for Labor! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I spoke with a rep on the phone and was told that i'd be charged$70.00 per hour and that seemed fair so I told them to send someone over. Two guys actually showed up, one of them was in training. I'm a house flipper myself and I knew that there was about four and a half or five hours of work for one guy. They spent seven hours and forty five minutes on half a days work. I was charged a labor rate for two men when in fact the trainee slowed the lead man down to a crawl. When I called to talk to one of the owners I was talked to like I was a whining idiot. They were polite and they did good looking work but make no mistake these people will take advantage of you if they can.

We have used them several times in the past. Have always been prompt and very honest with us.

They were positive. They were timely and provided good service. They fully met my expectations. The people who came out to provide the service were friendly. Their price was average and not to high. I would use them again in the future.

When we call them, they are always available to come out. The servicemen are always very nice and helpful. I would use them in the future.
