+ -1 moreI asked for my roof to be assessed to see if it was damaged. After the inspection, I informed Mr. Sisk I “may” need pictures for my insurance company. He insisted on taking pictures while he was there even though I said he didn’t have to at that time. After getting down from the roof he wanted my insurance company info and I again said I hadn’t made up my mind and that my wife and I were going to discuss the estimate and review his products. He literally snatched his brochures and information from my hands and started cussing me out. He said he couldn’t believe I asked him to get back on my roof again, yelling more obscenities, got in his truck and drove away.

+ -1 moreThe quality of the roof was fine. However, the color is not what we asked for. When approached about the situation, the owner got very defensive, claimed they don't make mistakes and said it is on us and he wouldn't do anything about it. He ended up cussing out my wife and myself and hung up on us; all taking place in a 6 minute phone conversation. I tried to have a mature conversation with him and his temper escalated quickly. After that conversation he refused to communicate with me. I would not recommend this company to anyone. He is difficult to work with and very rude.

+ -1 moreThis business is located in Kokomo, but also does work in Noblesville and other surrounding areas. Our 20+ year old roof needed to be replaced and Sisk was recommended to us by 3 different people. The owner was a likeable guy who answered all my questions. When they came out to give us an estimate, they even replaced a few missing shingles for us while they were up on the roof. Our roof is not an easy one to work on, so it was a two day job. The architectural style new shingles are a big improvement over our old flat shingles.

Description of Work: They came out and replaced roof on my house. They tore it all off and replaced 13 sheets of decking. Only took about 4 hours to do so.

Description of Work: They tore off and replaced flat roof sections with rubber membrane roofing. They came sooner than originally planned. They called the day before to confirm they could do the work the next day. They arrived right on time, did the job in one day and cleaned up very well. Everyone on the job thanked us for letting them do the job.

Description of Work: The day after I called requesting an estimate for a roof tear off, new paper (now really a fabric), new drip edge, new vents, new boot on sewer pipe (double collar), new flashing, starter seal strips on rakes and eaves, ice and water shield in valleys and around the chimney, and IKO Cambridge Architectural Shingles, Jesse Sisk was at my home promptly at our agreed upon time. Included with the estimate were copies of his insurance, certificates from IKO, and a huge list of customer's addresses, spanning over 20 years, so that I could look at his past roofs and ask the homeowners if they were satisfied with his work. The people I contacted were very pleased with Sisk Roofing and I accepted his proposal. Two days later, he and his crew began work and completely finished 10 hours later! I was delighted with their speed and thrilled that they cleaned up my yard so thoroughly. The other estimates I'd gotten had been much higher in price and had thought my roof would take several days. I got a great deal.

Description of Work: Professional estimate with wonderful warranty and pages of references. They removed our old roof and re-roofed the house in one day. They even use metal detectors to make sure no roofing nails were left behind! Would highly recommend.,

+ -1 moreOverall we are very pleased with Sisk Roofing. The estimate was fair and fully explained. Actual services came in a bit higher, but because Jesse Sisk had fully explained, we were aware that there could be additional charges (in our case, a lot of the wood on our roof had to be replaced.) The crew showed up at the expected time and got right to work. They were professional and polite. They left the surrounding area as clean as they found it (no roofing materials, not even a scrap.) The roof looks great and will last for as long as we will own the house! Hopefully I will never have to replace or repair the roof, but if I do, Sisk Roofing will be the first company I call.

+ -1 moreIt has withstood some very significant weather (high speed straight line winds and subzero temps with lots of snow) without leaking. Plus, it looks great. Crew did an excellent job of clean-up at the end of the day, you wouldn't have known they were there except for the seeing the finished project. They also painted some of the exposed aluminum vents black to closer match the green roof. A+ job!!
Description of Work: Team arrived on time and completed the entire project in less than 8 hours. Our job included a complete tear off of the old roof and putting on a new roof.

Description of Work: The owner of Sisk roofing came twice when we had small leaks in the roof. Each time he solved the problem, checked the tiles, and refused payment for either visit. He stated we did not need a new roof, but simply asked if we would call his company when we finally needed a roof. The price was higher than I expected but probably fair and I would not hesitate to recommend him.

+ -1 moreOut of 9 contractors that visited my home to give estimates, Mr. Sisk was the only one to immediately provide verification of insurance and references without my asking. Cost was mid range and fair in comparison to the other estimates. He and his wife were both extremely professional and friendly during every aspect of the job. The entire Sisk Team was clean and polite and thanked me twice for the work. They were thorough and my roof looks great. They left my yard and landscaping cleaner than when they arrived! Two days after the roof was installed a storm blew trees down in our neighborhood but the roof held strong. I will most definitely refer Sisk Roofing to anyone.
