P.S. Renovations

Shawn came right away and gave me a quote. He was priced very well and sounded like he knew what he was talking about. He also had his side kick jerry (who is a complete joke) fast talking and giving out enjoy promises. After 2 other estimates I decided to roll with p.s. Renovations. The job was to take approx 2 weeks. They were supposed to start on a Monday and we agreed to do half down. We exchanged money and he and his goons didn't come until Wednesday. He was "sick". Common sense tells me to drywall and do curling first but they were all over the place. He broke my old vanities but did agree to put new ones in at no extra cost. My tile has many raised spots in it and after 5 months the grout is chipping and there are more then one pieces of tile that are loose. The kitchen ceiling cracked after 3 weeks. I contacted Shawn to fix it 4 weeks in advance. We agreed on a date and he text me saying he had car trouble. What a joke. I hired someone else to come in and fix my ceiling. Apparently Shawn and his goons hung it the wrong way, they "railroaded" it and went with the seams, when it's supposed to go perpendicular. It was uneven in places and they didn't even sand it done. When light hit it, it half large lumps. $1000 dollars later. I have a ceiling that looks great now. The job took close to a month and all I heard was that he had to go to Florida. He rushed and did a terrible job. How these guys are in business is beyond me.

They came when they said they would. There was a crew of about 4 or 5... all of them very respectful and courteous. They did the job I contracted for and it turned out beautifully. They cleaned up after themselves when the job was finished. I'm so pleased and will most definitely be using them again for future projects. They really went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the completed room.

I had just bought a home in desperate need of TLC. I contacted P.S Renovations and they found mold and rot in my floors and walls. They completely gutted my living room, kitchen, and bathroom and remodeled all 3 rooms. They replaced subfloors, drywall, electrical, plumbing, new cabinets, counter tops, new vynil flooring, and laid new carpet. I also had them build me a pantry and a walk in closet in the master bedroom and paint every room they did. They were extremely punctual, amazing communication, and very professional, they cleaned up and hauled away all debris. I now have a beautiful home that I am very happy with.

We had just bought a house and quickly found out they there was absolutely no water lines anywhere under the house. We called P.S. Renovations and they set up to come out to do an estimate the next day. They showed up on time were very nice and profession upon arriving. They went through the house checking all lines in and under the house ( which is how we found out there wasn't a single line under the house). They set their bid which was much lower than many other companies ( which was only $500 including material). The guys were back out 2 days later to get started, mind you it was rainy and freezing cold outside but they came ready it was a 2 day project and they completed it in time. They did a follow up on the work 2 or 3 times ( not something any other company is going do). Since they were so profession and made such a good impression we continue to use them for other projects and things we need. They also converted out water heater from gas to electric in which the labor was again a very fair price we simply bought the water heater ( which we had a few problems with/ not because of them product default) and the installed. Even with the problems we had with the product they were amazing. They came back took the default one back got a replacement and installed in at no additional charge. Amazing group of guys that are true to their word and professional in all sense.
