Description of Work: Replaced water damaged facia boards and waterproofed corners of gutters. Excellent work. Ochoa's Roofing replaced my roof several years ago. They were prompt, fast and did a great job at a very competetive price. Roof still looks great! I highly recommend Ochoa's Roofing.

Description of Work: Ochoa failed to respond to repeated phone calls, and to a certified letter sent declaring no further obligations due based upon non-compliance and failure to complete required contractor forms. The USPS has been unable to deliver the referenced certified letter as no is ever available to accept the letter. Return receipt was never completed.

Description of Work: Ochoa's Roofing did an excellent job of repairing our roof from leaking on a 2 year old roof that another shoddy roofer put on our home. They were extremely professional and completed the job quicker than they estimated and seemed to have fixed the problem areas. The price was also much lower than quoted as they did not have to do quite as much work as originally thought. I would definitely call them again and trust them to work on our home.

+ 0 moreNo problems at all. They showed up when they said they would and finished the job in less than 2 days. Their price was less than the two other quotes that we got. We had.considered going with a metal roof but ended up using shingles again because of the cost difference. I would recommend this company.
Description of Work: Removed two layers of old shingles and replaced with new ones.
