+ -1 moreWhatever you do, do not use this company. Check out the numerous Google reviews. If your Lowe's warranty company has arranged for them to repair your appliance, as for a different provider. Expert Appliance Repair doesn't answer phones, texts, or emails. Today, they no-showed after I waited for four hours for them. They communicated nothing about any problems being here. Do yourself a favor, have nothingn to do with this company.
Description of Work: Needed parts to fix a washing machine.

+ -1 moreProblem was seal on dryer door. Came on Thursday, asked if he could take dryer door home to fix, and was back on Friday to put door on. Dryer has been working great!
Description of Work: Dryer wasn't tumbling.

+ -1 moreCalled looking for someone to fix my parents dryer, was very knowledgable on the phone, upfront, honest. I dropped off the dryer, and within 24hrs was picking it up fixed and working like a brand new one!! I would def go out of my way to use him again! Thanks again!

Description of Work: He assessed our issue and told us he did not work on that brand he did not charge me anything even though he could have charged us a trip fee. He is honest and hard working fyi LG and Samsung kitchen appliances are junk my 3 yr old 2000 dollar fridge needs a 700 dollar repair and only sears works on them it is a samsung

+ -1 moreMike Moore has always been diligent and professional. He tipped my washer back so he could get underneath it and checked everything that could have been causing the problem. He fixed it quickly and efficiently. I've called Mike before and he's always done an outstanding job for me.
Description of Work: Mike Moore came just a couple hours after I called him about the problem with my washer. I've used him before. He checked for the problem and resolved it.
