I never committed to moving electrical box (had only discussed it with Huston electric) but when they upgraded electrical for seller they went ahead and moved the box without my permission. They left a mess, holes in the wall, damaged wall, the box is ridiculously oversized and they removed a light switch and never discussed relocating it with me so now I can't turn on the light.

I called one year ago to get an estimate on the cost to run a new line to a detached building. I was told $500-700. I called back this year, almost one year exactly and asked if they could still do the project. I did not ask for another quote because I figured it would still be in the ballpark of the previous estimate and the guy I spoke with attended church with my mother and said they would give her a good price. I was shocked when the invoice came at $1,355. I called to inquire about the price difference and the guy never returned my call. This was not unusual. I had to call a couple of times just to talk to someone about the work I wanted done. After we agreed to move forward with the project, my calls still were not always returned. Very frustrating. I called again and talked with the President of the company about the price difference. He didn't seem to care too much since I didn't have a written quote. Although the actual electical work was satisfactory, I would not do business with them again. Customer service is poor and their word means nothing. If you choose to do business with them, you should get everything in writing.
