Very well. The roof installation was done quickly. The gutters took a little longer as they had a smaller team for the gutters. Upon completion, we expressed concerned with not receiving downspout extensions that we expected but had not specifically discussed. We also had concern with the white drip edge on our dark gray house. McPike came out and looked at the situation. They provided the downspout extensions and replaced the white drip edge with gray at no extra cost to us. Overall, we were please with the work they did.

I hired them to install new windows in my home. I was given an estimate saying that the job would be done in 3-4 days. 2 weeks later, they finally finished the work. They were scheduled to arrive at 9:00 am every morning, and never arrived before 11:00 am. They would then try to stay until 8 or 9 at night, to make up for their lost time in the morning. They did not clean up the mess that was made inside of my house from the window installation, nor did they rehang the window treatments that they had taken down. The crew that they sent out were rude, and would often leave without notifying me that they were leaving for both lunch or the day, and wouldn't give an estimated return time. If you need a job done, and you want it done well and in a timely fashion, make sure you don't call them.

They were the mid-range estimate and we chose them because they were very professional in coming to the house, quoting their services and telling us exactly what they would do. The completed our roofing in less that 4 days, and that included a tear-off, and some decking and guttering replacement. We have a LOT of landscaping around our house. They didn't damage any of it. They used tarps on the roof itself and sort of slid things from the roof directly into their truck so nothing much ever landed on the ground. They had one worker who's entire job appeared to be picking up every roofing nail, shingle or other debis that DID hit the ground, so that when they were finished It was really well cleaned up. We hardly knew any work had been done. And our roof has not leaked since! They did not ask for any payment until after the job was finished.
