We are very pleased with their work. Our bathroom was outdated and the arrangement was not condusive to my husbands new wheelchair. The company came out and gave us an estimate and walked us through all of our options. We had been looking at something a little more pricey and he steered us toward something less exspensive and just as pretty to look at. They tiled our bathroom with a beautiful tile! They installed a toilet with a lifted toilet seat and handles for my husband to use. They changed our shower to one that my husband could easily role into with his wheelchair. Our sink and countertop needed raised so that a wheelchair could fit underneath. We had several requests that I would think are unusual for most bathrooms and the company worked with us to make sure we had all we needed. We are very happy with the finished project. They were kind and pleasant and the price was more than fair. I would hire this company again

Removing and replacing roofing materials went well. We had an unexpected mess in attic storage space due to installing a ridge vent. Nothing major other than a mess to clean up. I'm not sure anyone could have forseen it. The scheduled slipped a few times for start dates. The roof was started a week later than originally talked about and then the gutters were started a week later than origially discussed. We did have one day we didn't want them to come and work but other than that had no other stipulations. The painter had to come back a couple times which was expected, however he was scheduled to come one day and didn't show up or call to say he couldn't make it. I can say that the crew was very respectful and nice. We had to ask them to move their vehicles a few times and they always did it. They cleaned the yard and the driveway very well, better than I expected. We did have a few missing pieces on a couple solar outdoor lights. Overall, the quality of the work is very good at least to my untrained eye. Time will tell, I guess. The only issue I had was with the owner's attitude over what I initally considered a small issue of gutter guards. In our initial hiring process, I had stated I wanted some kind of guard to keep the pine needles out of the gutters. I thought we had talked about some of the cheaper solutions and expected that was part of the price. However, it was not in the contract and lesson learned for me. It seemed to upset the owner quickly when I tried to address it. Just a heads up for anyone that considers hiring this company. Make sure everything is spelled out in a signed contract. This was an insurance job and they only pay for things that being replaced, nothing new and it seemed like the owner was not willing to negociate.
