Description of Work: Thorough home inspection performed by seller ahead of putting home on the market. Gil was professional and very meticulous in his inspection which assured potential buyers there were no hidden problems. Home sold in 3 weeks.

Description of Work: They came out and did an inspection on our house before we bought it. after inspection was over they went through the inspection with us and then send us a copy by email so that we could have it for our records all the experience was very good.

+ -1 moreHe did the inspection on a Saturday for us because inspection response was due the next day. This was really appreciated. He knew exactly what he was doing and took the time to explain to us in detail on several items. I was really glad to find a home inspector of this quality and would recommend him with no reservations. His report was clear, easy to read and understand and he prioritized the recommended repairs in terms of thier urgency.
Description of Work: Gil did a very throrough house inspection including going on the snow covered roof and into the crawl to check it out and to check for mold and same in attic. He also did a pest inspection.
