Description of Work: This plumbing company has always been prompt in responding to my phone call (usually within an hour), some times even sooner. Their employees are courteous and efficient and clean up after themselves before leaving. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Description of Work: I called them to unstop the commode, they were prompt and efficient. Two workmen came out for the job. Their price was the same as the estimate which included a 10% discount for veterans. However, they did not tell me in advance about a "travel" fee.

Description of Work: I had another plumber come out to my house yesterday and told me my Master Bathroom faucet would have to be replaced because it was leaking and told me when they leak they can't be fixed and it would cost me $350.00 plus $174.00 install fee or I could buy the faucet at Lowes and they would install it for $174.00. I knew they were lying because I have had Delta faucets before and the washers went bad. I hired Gardners and they came out today and changed the washers and I knew that was the problem. I have a contract for a year with the other company and I can't give there name because I am afraid they will screw up my furnace and air conditioner when they check them because I have already paid for the maintance. I will give their name after my furnance is checked and now I need to find a new company. I am fairly new to Kokomo and have no idea who to hire for furnance and air . No I don't trust this other company. Everytime they come out they want to sell me something. I know Gardners will be my plumber, because I knew what my problem was and so did they. I trust them 100 percent.

Description of Work: We have had trouble with our water heater, at times the flame would go out and we would have to light the pilot. Someone came out acouple days before service and explained their thoughts of the problem and that this water heater in particular has had issues. So we called whirlpool and got a part overnight to fix the problem. They came to fix was 25 min.early, wife had just walked in the door from work and Iwas not home yet.. They were not the friendliest people but came in the garage and wife told them Iwould be home anytime. Before I had gotten there one guy had just walked right into the home without knocking to check to see if the water was off, The wife was there in the house but still they should have knocked and asked tocome in. Now the water heater they got the part on and could not keep flame lit at all, I informed the guys that I had tohave hot water and it had tobe fixed. So they said it was not getting air so the site window on the heater they broke out and left that way saying it was ok toleave that way and the wires that needed to be reattached instead of putting the clips on the ends and slidding them on they twisted them around the connectors and left that way. I tried to tell them I was not satisfied with this and they just said itwas fine and left. I have made attempts to call and talk to owner but have only gotten these guys on the phone who said "not to worry about it you have hot water and PAY YOUR BILL!!"

Description of Work: On their first call I needed a new kitchen food disposal and the old one removed, new "guts" for my toilet and to check the tub drain. A few months later I had an old rusted water heater replaced. I paid below the anticipated rate. I received a coupon for $10 dollars off a future visit after they came out the first time. No answering machine when I call. Always a live friendly person on the phone! They appear at my doorstep ahead of time every time. Very friendly and courteous. Cleaned up all of the mess. Nothing left behind. Offered suggestions and gladly answered all questions.
