FIPPS INSPECTIONS

Description of Work: Terrible. Had very limited knowledge of how electricity even works. He noted no major safety or system flaws in the electrical system, even though the house had no exterior grounding!! ie. the entire house was not grounded! He noted low water pressure in the house but had no suggestion as to what the problem was. When I called a plumber, he said the water softener was probably bad. I bypassed the water softener, which fixed the problem immediately - the water softener was noted as having no issues in the inspection. I could go on but you get the idea. Basically, he seemed to have limited knowledge as to how the most basic systems in a home even work. Pathetic.
