It took a few weeks to get a technician out to address the problem. Once he arrived it went well. The technician could not get the problem to occur and it hasn't occurred since. He talked through with me what he was doing as he worked. He did talk through some options regarding conversion from 120v to 220v power. The technician arrived on-time and seemed quite knowledgeable.

Previously, I have tried to get this man to my house before. His store finally called after I had already contracted with someone else weeks later. I thought that I would try his company again. (Although, I don't know why) I tried to ascertain exactly what I needed to do to ready my pool for a quote and repairs. I was finally afforded a e-mail quote in early May. I was ready to throw money at him as the quote was a good one for the work that I needed done. Upon visiting his store, I was informed that he never sent me a quote even though I had ample proof that someone did from his e-mail address. I wanted to get this process started. Doc was rude and smarmy. If I knew what I was doing, I would not have asked his advice. I am a female homeowner. I feel that if I am ready to contract for copious amounts of money, I should be afforded a minimum amount of consideration. I have not heard from his business, nor do I care to. Doc should stick to detailing cars. I have contracted with another business in town that has been doing very well for me so far. I will not be back to Doc's...ever.
