+ -1 moreWe have worked with Mr. Dishon for so many years that I feel comfortable leaving a key for him to just let himself in. I don't worry about unnecessary work being done. If he says it needs to be fixed, it does. If he thinks the cost to fix is too high, he will tell me that also.
Description of Work: Changed thermostat in refrigerator.
