Hired through Angi, was told would be up to 5 hours of cleaning. Juan was there maybe 1.5 hours. No flo9or had been swept or mopped, the toilets had not been cleaned, the counters in bathrooms had not been wiped down. He dusted around everything, didn't move anything off to dust, and didn't dust the sides of any furniture. The mirrors in the bathroom had not been cleaned and no light fixtures dusted. I think the only things done, were made the beds, and dusted a litle bit. Then he tells me he he can not check out as done on Handy/Angi, and that he has done this all for nothing. So I paid him through paypal, and then he was able to complete the request on Handy and they took the $140 + out also. So I paid twice for a really crappy job. I guess someone needed to be standing there giving instructions the whole time to see that things got done.

Wonderful! The ladies that cleaned the home exceeded expectations that my husband and I had for our home. We were not disappointed ! Staff were professional and you could tell they took their time with the cleaning. Definitely would hire again and recommend to anyone!

Great! The ladies that came and cleaned were very professional and met our cleaning needs. I am particularly picky with what I like cleaned and how it is cleaned, and they exceeded my expectations! It's good . Sometimes I had to follow up, find little areas that they needed to do, and they're happy with the corrections.

It went very well. They were excellent company. They were friendly, courteous, on time, and eager to please their customers. I just think it's an all around companies, that they value their employees.

Fantastic results and great customer service. So nice to come home to a clean house and not have to worry about cleaning the bathrooms each week. Will continue to use going forward!

One rep (Heather) initially arrived at my residence to start the job. The evening prior, I was told by the company owner (Dom) that a cleaning crew of 2 people would arrive to do the cleaning. At 2:04 pm my friend called me and said a rep, Heather, from C&C Cleaning had arrived at my residence and wasn't sure what she was suppose to be cleaning and that I needed to come home to instruct her. I then contacted Dom via phone to take care of this matter because I was too busy to come right home. When I arrived home I seen Heather cleaning. She was very friendly and polite. I asked her about the confusion. Heather stated she was not suppose to be cleaning alone and that she was just verifying the areas that need to be cleaned as it is a larger home (3,000 sq ft) and she wanted to make sure she was correct by the work order. After a short time, I had to leave so I left Heather by myself in my home. At 5:34 PM that day I received a text message from the owner of the cleaning company stating my house was cleaned and I needed to return home to lock it. The owner also stated that more people came to help heather and he even went there. (The day before the owner said himself or a supervisor does an inspection after each cleaning to make sure it is done correct and to their company standards. When I arrived home the first thing I check was the bathroom shower as it needed the most attention. The work even stated that as well. Needless to say the shower was not cleaned property. In addition their was dirt still in the downstairs half bathroom, and dust and debris still in the kitchen cabinets. I called the owner immediately. He told me he was busy and I told him that I was too however I need him to come to my house that night to get this cleaning done correctly. Within 1 hour and 15 minutes later the owner and another of his staff members that has worked with him for 2+ years showed up to my house. The owner apologized and his employee begin cleaning my shower. When the employee Fredrick got done with my shower it was looking more of like what I expected. Fred proceeded to the bathroom, then the kitchen to do all the spots the previous cleaning crew missed. They didn't leave my residence until close to 10PM. Although, I'm now satisfied it took them 8 hours to do a 4 hour job total. At the end of the day the owner is a young entrepreneur and wants to do the right thing. Depending on what the job is I may rehire C&C Cleaning again. I received another estimate from another cleaning company for $270 so his price was more than reasonable and that is why I picked him.
