Description of Work: Repair of 8' privacy fence that was damaged in wind storm. One post broke taking the two sections down on each side of it and two other posts were loose.

Description of Work: Scheduled an appointment and arranged my schedule to be home so they could provide me with an estimate for a privacy fence. They never showed. I tried to call them to see if they were just running behind no answer so I left a message and received no call back

Description of Work: I called this company several times in order for them to come to our home and give us an estimate. It took several attempts to contact this company but once I did, the person that answered the phone, which I assume was the owner, was professional on the phone. I scheduled an appointment with them for them to come out and look at our needs. I took time off of work to make their appointment and about an hour before the scheduled time, they called and said that they were going to be late, which I appreciated the notice. And then they never showed. I called an hour after scheduled time, 2 hours past and then 3 hours past and the company would not pick up their phone. I called again the next day and they ignored my calls. After a week went by, I called again and they picked up. The reason they gave for not making the appointment or even calling me back was that they got busy and were covered up at work. I wasted a day of work, time at home and after all of that, they said they would be happy to reschedule to come to our home. I told them how unprofessional they were and have since told several neighbors not to do business with this company.
