A Team Restoration

A-Team was there in and out within 8 hours. They extracted the water, removed carpet and valuables, and eventually stored most of our things in their warehouse while a complete restoration continued in the home. They also recommended other services we needed. Amazing.

I was disappointed with the service. When the appointment was scheduled I was told there would be a $150.00 inspection fee and if I had any work done by them the $150.00 would be applied to the cost of the mold removal. Well, the inspector verified that I had mold in one of my closets, but he didn't remove the mold. Instead, he told me what I could do to remove the mold myself stating it would cost me around $300.00 to have A Team Restoration clean the mold up for me. I mentioned that I would just apply the $150.00 to the cost of the bill, but I was told that the $150.00 would only apply to services of $1000.00 or more. So basically, I paid the inspection fee just to have someone verify that I did indeed have mold in my closet and I ended up cleaning the mold off myself. That's not what I had in mind when I called them to come out.

Arrived promptly. Was professional and listened to my questions. Was very thorough in answering questions and explaining options.

No follow up. I called back and came back out with HVAC guy as furnace needed some work besides water damage. Again no follow up. Called again and no response so I gave up. Maybe they just didn't want to do the job. If that's the case tell me so I can find somebody else.

It went wonderful. The workers were very professional and kind. Anything that they were about to do they told me about. They were very professional cleanliness was the key. The supervisor checks almost on a daily basis what was going on. they were just wonderful I would recommend to anyone to use these people. Everything was done so professionally that you can't even tell it was remodeled I have called them before for water leaks on my roof and they painted the entire upstairs fix the problem and came under $5000 to do these guys are a true professional business. They are friendly and I can't say enough about the work they do.they kept me informed of every little thing they did any little thing they sound and we still came out a thousand dollars under the estimate. These guys are top notch.

They were very professional yet treated me like family. I was informed of all that was going to be done before it was started. They asked me what I wanted done.

HIGHEST POSSIBLE RECOMMENDATION. COMPLETELY SATISFIED. 1. A-Team sent a dry-out team within a couple of hours after we called. 2. They explained what they were doing and what to expect. 3. They understand that most women fall apart emotionally when their kitchens fall apart. 4. Packed and stored our belongings. 5. Advised on choosing replacement cabinets, floors, fixtures. 6. Received or picked up and stored components (esp. new cabinets). 7. When problems with poor existing wiring and plumbing were found, they analyzed, discussed options, and even contacted our insurer to get payment for some of the extra costs. 8. Checked and re-checked finish choices to be sure they were doing what I preferred. 9. Sweated details so new build would blend seamlessly with old rooms, even to hand-planing the new subfloor so new tile would line up perfectly with the adjacent living room floor. Because so many layers of old floor were removed, our wall-to-wall bookcases and closet doors did not perfectly fit in the rebuild, so they customized moldings and door sizes for us. 10. VERY IMPORTANT: CHARACTER! These people are honest and reliable. The State Farm adjuster trusts them completely. The hardware stores all know them and speak highly of them. Their conversations among themselves are clean and uplifting, even when they don't know you are eavesdropping. (Many of them were obviously either part-time clergy or lay church leaders.) I felt comfortable having them in my home without my presence, which meant I didn't have to take weeks off of work.

They were on time, and efficient. They kept the house clean by putting up a barrier. They did a really good job.

The team that worked on our house did a great job keeping the rest of the house clean during a very dirty process. They also had to work during the incredible heat wave of July in bunny suits. They were very courteous and professional.
