They were very personable and polite, but the communication was horrible!!! I was given a date and time to start. That date came and went. I text to ask what happened and was told it was to cold for concrete. This happened 3 additional times where I had to find out after they never showed that they were not coming. They did good work when they were here I will give them that. But when they were done they dog that they brought every day had dug holes all over my yard and left poop all over and none of it was cleaned up and the holes were not filled in. So it is a crapshoot using them. The work was good. But They never showed up before 9:45 am and had a lot of down time because they did not have the supplies they needed before hand. And if you do not mind having a dog dig in your yard and leave poo behind then you should be ok.

They went way above what I pictured what outcome would look like. The area was full of roots, sticks and other stuff which they cleared. Also leveled the ruts left b the tree removal company. Wish my back yard was my front yard

Requested estimates from my 15 year ago landscaper and Yount landscaping for edging repair. My original landscaper quote was almost double the Yount quote. After some miscommunication and bad weather issues my small project was completed to my satisfaction today within 3 weeks of hire. Gave a 3.5 rating on cost because at 80 years of age I think rising costs for everything is over the top. Shawn is professional and will get your job done to your satisfaction.

They not only do excellent work, they are courteous, patient, communicate promptly and willing to admit errors and readily correct them. This honestly, sense of responsibility to the customer, and humility I find extremely refreshing and all too rare amongst professionals in any field.

Yount landscaping agreed to put rocks around my deck, plant one burning bush, two 5-7 tall hydrangas and level the land on my septic field. They installed the weed block over an old dead bush and I have black weed block sticking out of the rocks. In the septic field, they dumped so called *top soil* that was filled with rock, some as big as a mans fist in most of the low spots. Not all of them. I have asked Shawn Yount sr to come and inspect how his son ruined my yard more than once. Says he is coming but never shows. so far I have picked out two five-gallon buckets and one two-gallon bucket of rocks from their **top soil** After this rain more rocks are appearing. Would I use him again **NEVER** If anyone is interested I have several pictures to prove what I say.

Efficient, affordable, polite - excellent job, excellent value!

We had them remove leaves from about an acre of land. Some small piles of mulched debris was left behind where they changed out bags but overall good job.

He agreed to fill in low spots in the back yard primarily over 5 septic field lines where they were much lower than rest of yard. I am elderly, disabled, and had a heart failure event that required defibrillation on the first day (June 6th) they were here, making it impossible to inspect the work. On the third day, they seeded and covered with straw. I paid him his bill in full, which was $65 higher than the original quote of $1800. After the first mowing it was very obvious they had not filled in enough on the 3 and 4 leach line leaving it lower than the rest of the yard resulting in standing water when it rains. I have contacted Shawn Yount 4 times in the last month. He started each of the first 3 times he would be over later in the week all no show and no call. The 4th time I pressed him for a day and was told he would be here the next Wednesday and again no show or call. His business model must be once you have the money run and never look back. I would never use him again.

I would give them straight 10s if I could. They called me right away and set up an estimate appointment the next day. Price was fantastic. About 1/3 of what others wanted. Booked them on the spot. I added 2 other jobs to the one I had the estimate on. Again great price for the added work. The quality of the work was WAY beyond my expectations and they got to me in only a few days. Did all the work in a day and a half. I will be using them again soon for another project. I can't be happier and you can feel confident in hiring them. Just don't have them do too much since I have another project coming up! Yount is awesome!!!
