Overman's Plumbing & Heating

We did some comparison work on the pricing and it was pretty good.

We had issues that came up on the inspection that they remedied for us as part of the agreement for the new homeowners. We didn’t have a ton of work that needed to be done, a couple of outlets that needed to be replaced. They’re very prompt in getting out to the house.

I know that some of the plumbing work that we’ve had done before, we thought was probably a little bit on the higher side.

My experience with them was great. They were there the next day after I called. He came out and took care of it in the morning and I never had a problem since. 2:18-23. I have been told that they are a little high, but I don't really know.

I contacted Overman's 11/12, 11/14, and 11/25 with the hopes they would schedule me for a furnace health check. I have 2 furnaces, and one is blowing out cold air. Each time I called, I explained this to them and requested to either schedule an appointment, or have Daniel call me back to discuss this with me. When I attempted to schedule the first time, I was told "I'll have Daniel call you back because he can give you the details." Daniel never called back the first, 2nd, or 3rd time ~ and neither did anyone else. They visited my house a little over a month ago and installed my water softener ~ everything went fine during that appointment. I did have them fix a leaky faucet while they were here, and was going to have additional work done, but questioned some of the pricing as I felt it was not competitive. Now, afterwards, I get no return calls at all. Not sure if it's because I'm a woman, but for some reason, this company is not interested in returning phone calls to potential customers who are ~ I'm the proof. They've lost any prospective work or referrals from me. If you're looking for a company that is responsive, and if it's cold out and you need warmer air coming out of your furnaces, I'd save my time and search elsewhere.

They were excellent. I called last week and they got me in as soon as possible.

They did a fine job on the plumbing. We did have a scheduling snafu and they appeared a day before I had scheduled, which caused me some problems. In addition, it was raining and since this job involved outside trenching, it made a muddy mess of my yard which I spent 6 hours correcting.

Overall, they were prompt and attentive. Quality service!

VERY GOOD JOB AND RIGHT THE FIRST TIME !

I am always pleased with Daniel's work! My mother lives alone and is unable to get around. She felt totally at ease with Daniel and his partner Mike. They were in and out quickly! I never worry about mom or other potential issues that could arise. I trust Overman's completely.

They are great people. Their price is good. Their service is excellent. They are very responsive.

We have used them for over 10 years. I like them because I can call them, they will come out (even if I'm not at home), fix the problem and leave a bill on the counter when they're done.
