I have nothing but praise for this company. The Hibbert team was responsive, professional, friendly, honest, and dedicated. The team worked through some pretty bad winter weather while completing the repair. Theycame out on days it was extremely cold, lightly raining or even snowing. The company was very apologetic about delays because of inclement weather. However, they perservered and worked 8-9 hour days when the weather cooperated. This company is dedicated to their customers and work. At the beginning of the project and end of every work day, the team ensured nothing was exposed to the weather (boards underneath, etc.). One more thing, the team arrived, worked, and cleaned up area at end of every day. At project end, the entire area was cleaned of debris. Most communication with the main office was by email, which I appreciated. However, they are a phone call away for a personal visit. The results and performance are more than I expected. We are so satisfied with Hibbert Home Services, we have inquired about more projects. :) Obviously I highly recommend this company.
