Description of Work: They fixed our driveway. They were paid ahead of time because of a preapproval process concerning the closing on the property. That is never a good idea to pay someone before a job is started or completed. Metzenger communicated effectively, got the work done in a timely manner and most importantly did a great job despite being paid early. Integrity is extremely important to me when considering services and Mezinger came through on every level.

Description of Work: Added stairs next to my driveway.

Description of Work: Built a two car unattached garage. Quality work, on time and on budget.

Description of Work: They came to my home to give me an estimate. They said they would have a quote to me by Monday. The quote never came, contractor never called back

Description of Work: They tore out our cracked concrete front porch and part of the front walkway and replaced it with new exposed aggregate. They also installed a new drain pipe under the walkway. The finished product looks nice, and the workers were courteous during the project. My only concern was a miscommunication about site cleanup that occurred, but as soon as I brought it to Brent's attention, he sent a workman right out. This individual did a very thorough cleanup, and I appreciated the quick response.

Description of Work: Replaced 3 slabs in concrete sidewalk. Also, caulked cracks in driveway.. .

Description of Work: Repaired front porch concrete step riser which had completely fallen apart and porch side and front facing where contrete had been spread over brick and was falling off. Looks very nice, very smooth. This is a situation where the porch concrete has deteriorated over time due to a leaking gutter keeping water on it (have since replaced the gutter). This is not expected to last forever like a new porch would, but an excellent job done at a great price. Very pleased.

Description of Work: Brent Metzinger, the owner, is a "hands on" owner... He was extremely professional and efficient in completing our concrete/ashpalt project!
