Studebaker seal coating is an owner-operated businesses that has been family owned for over 30 years! First (ALL ESTIMATES ARE FREE!!) we get the square footage of your driveway/parking lot. Then, we assess the condition of the driveway and if it is in need of any extra care (striping, patching, new asphalt, etc.). After all is calculated you are then presented with a written quote for the cost of your project (cost is guaranteed not change after acceptance of the quote). We lay new asphalt and we also repair old asphalt. We hand clean all the cracks and then clean the asphalt with a high powered blower, then fill the cracks, afterbits all clean we then seal your driveway or parking lot with 2 coats of only the best sealer with a squeegee machine designed to lay the sealer. NO SPRAY!!! The edges are also hand broomed to ensure the edges are sufficiently coated. Then tried to tell me it was acceptable job. After two attempts to fix some of the issues. We felt defeated. Then Don Harr called , ask about how it went. He immediately came out to look, after looking the problem was reveled, First, the OSB board was installed wrong, which made everything not line up correctly. He also stated that he had recommended another installer to do our job, He admitting to the fact that Steve was too busy and changed what he had proposed for our job. At that point we threw our hand up ?? What were we to do tear it all off and start over ??? I was lead to believe that Steve was in charge, latter found out we should have called Don from day one. Don was the only truthful one if the bunch!! Even the Window and Gutter installer’s called Steve about the job after they saw the condition ."

"The technician pulled a roller off the door; then told me all the rollers were bad. He wanted to replace them for $150. I asked him if he checked the other rollers; he said no. The door is very easy to raise & lower by hand so I told him no. I asked him if he would check & lubricate the chain. He said that would damage the unit. The owners manual recommends checking the chain tension & adjusting it if needed. He did not look at it at all. He did not perform a safety check either."
