(This was super important with dogs that are used to using backyard to do their business.) Today was the final day of cleanup, power washing and sealing the concrete. I asked to change the terms so that, for example, they would not be allowed to do additional work without first notifying me and if either party had to sue the other the prevailing party would be entitled to recover attorney's fees.
