water heater repair
+ -1 moreThey were very organized, professional, and detail-oriented. Before they left, they showed me the water heater and asked if it met my approval. My late husband was a licensed plumber/pipe fitter and I told them that he was pretty meticulous with what he did and I believe that even he would be impressed with what they did. First class all the way. Would highly recommend.

Description of Work: We were having the CO detector go off intermittently when our boiler would run. They came our and serviced the unit then found the draft hood was operating poorly. They removed the hood and found the upper part of the boiler needed cleaning as well. We have had various companies out over the past 15 years and no one cleaned there. Afterwards the boiler drafted well and the CO Detector has been silent. They explained everything ahead of time and showed what they were going to do and why. I couldn't ask for better service.

drain cleaning
+ -1 moreMike and his assistant started in August. They installed a nice quality, hot water, gas boiler. Venting and other parts were added. They had to spend a lot of time searching for broken pipes in the ceiling and repairing them. We were in no hurry to get the job completed because of the mild weather. There were some problems with getting necessary parts. Mike was always so apologetic about hold ups which were somewhat out of his control. After everything was said and done I was very happy with Mike's company and how he handled many of the problems.
Description of Work: They replaced an old hot water boiler with a new system. They also repaired broken pipes due to the breaking down on the old system last winter. Some new venting and other small repairs were necessary. This amounted to a huge job as more and more problems were uncovered!
