 + -1 moreContacted Bill from Advanced Wildlife and Pest Control on 6/5/17 for bats in our house. He came out to do an "estimate and evaluation" on 6/7/17. Paid him $169 for said estimate and evaluation. Bill was supposed to come out on the weekend of 6/17/17, but never called or even texted. We contacted him on Saturday, and he said he would be out on 6/19/17 for sure, yet he again no call, no showed. He then said he would come out on Friday 6/23/17 or Sunday 6/25/17. Did not show up Friday or call. Contacted him on Saturday said he had an "emergency" and needed to watch his grandkids on Friday and he would be out on Sunday for sure. Today is Sunday 6/25/17 and Bill was supposed to be out around noon. We called at one and he said he had an "emergency" he needed to take care of, that someone had a opossum stuck in their grill. We finally told him we do not want his "services". DO NOT EVER USE THIS "COMPANY". It is a scam!

 + -1 moreCaught a chipmunk in the trap before Bill Knapp left the house. Replaced the poisons in the containers outside two weeks after initial replacement. All had significant signs of activity.
Description of Work: Placed a trap and sticky boards in the house where evidence of activity showed, and placed rodent poison containers at significant locations around the outside of the house.

Description of Work: Examined my house thoroughly inside and outside for evidence of infestation. Set traps, rodent boxes, and sprayed two yellow jacket nests. Caught a chipmunk in the trap almost immediately and eliminated the yellow jackets. A check of the rodent boxes a week later showed clear evidence of mouse or rat activity. He replaced the poison and reset the boxes before leaving.

Description of Work: Investigated for signs of chipmunk invasion in house outside and on roof. Verdict = MICE! He had all supplies with him for use outside and inside the attic. Told me what to do to continue treatment and said he was available for questions by phone. He drove 120+ miles to get here. Bless him. Transportation increased the cost. It went great!
