Never called to schedule and enter premises freely. When questioned, man became belligerent and extremely offensive. Called owner to address and is as equally offensive. I would recommend keeping all women and children out of earshot of these foul mouthed people.

Very happy - answered phone every time I called, quote was what they said it would be in final invoice. They showed up right on time and did a good job. They were also understanding and helpful when it turned out their emailed invoice went into my SPAM folder and delayed their payment from me as a result. Would strongly recommend for any animal removal service. They were very competitively priced and very professional.

The racoons are long gone, but they wreaked havoc in the attic while they were there. Droppings, damaged and soiled insulation, stained ceilings. I called Travis Wolford of A All Animal Control to inspect the problem and give me an estimate. Mr. Wolford drove out the next day and arrived on time (in spite of a snow storm). He spent about 20 minutes inspecting the attic and taking pictures. By the next day, I had an e-mailed estimate with color photographs to take to my insurance company. The insurance agent confirmed that the proposed restoration project was the appropriate solution and that the estimate was reasonable for the project. Mr. Wolford's estimated time frame for doing the work was actually somewhat shorter than the one indicated by the company I ended up using. I have no reservations about A All per se. The company I went with is a local company that does comprehensive disaster restoration and is contracted with my insurance company. I would not hesitate to use Mr. Wolford's services if the need arises.

The job was done professionally and in a reasonable time frame, they said they would return at a later date to do another small job for me. They did return, and did exactly as they promised. From my 50 or so years with contractors promises, this was the first time a promise to return was kept.
