It couldn't have gone better. Jeremy was pleasant and professional; he showed up right on time; he had some creative ideas for the problematic area and communicated them clearly to me, giving me options; and most important, he did a great job. I now understand why the lumber company through which I purchased the windows had him at the top of their list for recommended installers!

Working with Unity Window was a perfect contractor experience. Jeremy really knew what he was doing and was able to quickly provide window estimates from multiple window manufacturers. Our project included the removal of old aluminum windows from concrete block walls. We asked Jeremy to try to save the limestone thresholds while he was removing the windows and he took the time to carefully remove the windows without even a scratch on the limestone. The installation went well and the jobsite was kept exceptionally clean. After the windows were up we did not love the color match between materials provided by the manufacturer and Jeremy worked with us to try out several other options making 3 additional trips to our home to make sure we were happy.

Jeremy Marcum of Unity Windows did an excellent job. He measured our windows carefully, explained the Federal law about safe practices for lead contamination in older homes (which other contractors didn't mention), followed those safe practices and installed 23 windows. It was a big job and he worked extremely hard and very carefully. The windows look great inside and out. Jeremy recycled all the old windows.

From start to finish it went great. I was provided with an easy to understand estimate up front and he discussed different product and service options with me to be sure the project was tailored to my needs/wants. The work was fast but not rushed, and he kept the space very clean. The final outcome for both projects was excellent, and he made sure I was completely satisfied before closing the job. Bottom line, he had that rare quality where it seemed as if he truly cared about the craftsmanship of his work, and a personal commitment to give the best possible service, at an honest and reasonable rate.

We like them. I recommended them to my sister. He was more reasonably priced than anybody else and gave me some pointers when I went and ordered my door to make it a lot easier to put the right door in. The quality of the work was excellent. I thought the pricing of the installation was pretty reasonable compared to what everybody else wanted.
