+ -1 moreI was in a time crunch type of situation and needed some info on whether or not it would make sense to put a french drain in my back yard before we built a deck over the location that would need to be trenched. I was told I would have someone show up Thursday after work, got a text from him saying it would be a bit later, and then he wasn't able to come out. Rescheduled for Friday morning and he did show up. Discussed the project and he said he would email me a quote. I never heard back. Nice enough guy, but didn't do what he said he would on a couple occasions. It wasn't a good experience. I would have preferred he just tell me he wasn't interested in the job and/or couldn't meet my timelines if that is what was going on.
Description of Work: Came out for an estimate for some trenching & drain work.

+ 1 moreFor the landscaping they showed up on the date we agreed on. The work was completed that day and looked great! The overseeding and aeration took place in the fall and again, they showed up as scheduled and completed the job. The yard looks great this spring! I have also used Toby's for mowing and leaf cleanup. Their customer service is also great. Any time I have a question I can email the office and I usually have a response within 24 hours.
Description of Work: Installed mulch beds and landscaping around new construction. Later aerated and overseeded 1/4 acre yard.

+ -1 moreI was referred to this company by someone else. I have been waiting on an estimate going on 7 weeks. I have talked to a man twice about what I wanted an estimate on and never received/heard anything. I understand being busy but the lack of follow up is unprofessional. I would rather have a company state they aren't taking on any other projects vs stating they will send an estimate and not follow through.

Description of Work: I am at a loss. The company which I had already done one and a half years of service with just decides to become so unprofessional. My lawn was in dire need of cutting when spring rolled around. I called and was told someone will be out today or tomorrow. No one show. And subsequently, the other 3x times I called. I can only assume they are going for bigger contracts and leaving their smaller customer in the dirt. At any rate, I should have not been strung along with a commitment you decided not to adhere to.

+ -1 moreHe was very quick to respond. Did exactly what was asked. Cleaned up the mess the storm made. Very dependable, and very patient. Did an overall good job. He told me if the city did not pick up the tree then he would come back and get it for me.
