Horrible. First they ordered the incorrect material and the installation was delayed by a month. Then we'd schedule the installation and they didn't show up, 3 times! And not once did this company contact us to apologize or reschedule. After waiting an hour, we would contact Gene (the owner) only to find out the crew wouldn't make it that day. Frustrating. The shower was installed with the door being chipped and much of the connecting hardware missing. Thus, the installer field fabricated connectors. In fact, the installers didn't have enough screws, so they used zinc plated self-tapping screws that are rusting after 1 year. The caulk looked like a 1st grader had applied it. After the installation and many phone complaints, the owner scheduled to come to assess our complaints. On the scheduled date, his lead installer shows up instead. His installer was nice enough and addressed several problems. But he didn't know what my concerns were nor did he have the hardware (the screws nor connectors) that came with the shower kit. Every time I take a shower, I see the rust and get frustrated about this process. I highly recommend not using Gene Bale's Another Glass Co..

THEY SHOWED UP PRETTY QUICKLY WHEN I CALLED. ONCE I COMMITTED TO THE PROJECT, THEY WERE OVER HERE AND TURNED IT OUT PRETTY QUICKLY. THEN THEY CAME BACK TO REPAIR SOME OF THE THINGS THEY MISSED AND TAKE CARE OF LEAKS. THEY DIDN'T DISAPPEAR ONCE THEY GOT THE CHECK.
