I coordinated my own total kitchen renovation. I picked Stemler due to their ratings on Angie's List and Yelp. I wanted a plumber I could count on to show up when scheduled and perform quality work. I knew Stemler wasn't the lowest price. I had quite a bit of work done including running new gas service under my house. I experienced a couple less than perfect installations. However, Stemler returned as soon as I called with concerns. Each item was addressed quickly and fixed to my satisfaction. Had I not experienced the couple problems, I would have given them an A.

They are pretty expensive just to walk into the door. I had a water leak, they had to find a water leak. I saw where it was leaking, there was a leak up there and they didn't know how you could find it. They didn't try to find it. So I got to get a handyman or something in to take care of that where it's leaked trough my ceiling from underneath my upstairs bathroom. And they didn't show any concern for that or try to check it they just; they found where my leak was coming from and they had been here, that was the 2nd time they had been here and they couldn't find the leak before. And then finally they found it that day. It was nothing it was my water softener that was leaking. And I had to call the water softener people in. They dug in my yard before, I was paying these high water bills and they couldn't find the leak outside. Come to find out the city water company could have checked for a leak, yeah I found that out after I paid them a few hundred dollars. But I have used them for years. It's hard to find somebody that's reliable. They charge like a trip fee and then a service call and then so much and hour and all that. So I try to use a handyman when I can. Like for this leak since they didn't even say how I could check it you know they wouldn't even know where it was coming from. And they just got their money from telling me it was my water softener and went on. They didn't help me with that leak.

All 3 jobs have gone well they are the only ones I call for my plumbing repairs

He is expensive as h*** but good. They get a B because of price.

The provider unclogged the pipes several times on my condo. Additionally, they gave us a written recommendation to take to our board as the condo plumbing was clogged on a shared pipe. The condo board ended up hiring Stemler to fix the problem - and we have had no issues ever since.

It was my grandmother's house and repairs hadn't been done since she purchased the home more than twenty years ago. The installer was able to put new parts in the old tanks and get them working again. He was also able to tighten up some bolts to stop a leak in the back of one of the toilets. It would have cost about $350 each to replace the toilets; he was able to fix them for $200 total, including parts and labor. He took the time to explain what he was doing as he worked.

on time, professional, figured things out and repaired w/o issue. no needed work done or offered. they did not waste time and i would certainly use again.

They did an excellent job. They went above and beyond where other companies had not. They were knowledgeable and I would use them in the future.

First of all, I was impressed by Doug's professionalism. He was very courteous and knew his trade very well. This was my first time using Stemler's Plumbing, and I am so thankful I hired them. I scheduled a week in advance for 9/2 at 8:30am. Prompt time arrival. When I scheduled I described the services needed. He brought 2 shower/handheld devices for me to select from. He was personable, but stayed on task. Both items were repaired in a normal amount of time. Bottom line - shower works great; no leaks in the water line to the dishwasher! I have used Stemler in the past and they will continue to be my preferred plumber.

We hired Stemler Plumbing to remove and replace 2 toliets in out home. We choose 2 Kohler Brand toliets to replace our old ones. The plumber who came out was professional. He called before he arrived to let us know he was on his way. He worked quickly and cleaned up the areas after. At one point he thought that the new toilet would not fit under an over the toilet cabinet in one bathroom so we started to empty it but then he told us to hold off and he would check the tank height on the other toilet first after it was installed to be sure. He checked and it turned out the new toilet did fit under the cabinet. Very glad he stopped us from removing the cabinet before he had checked. Overall very happy with our experience.

They called before they came, they were on time, professional, cordial and did what I ask them to do. They advised me of alternatives for the future and offered to give me an estimate if I wished. I declined at this time. They provided me with a bill and told me to call them with any problems I may have. I would call them again. I was pleased with the service.

The Stemler folks were most helpful. They were able to work around our crazy schedule and get the work done prior to our moving into the house. In all, they came to our home for 3 work installments. The workers were efficient and friendly. I would likely recommend them.

Went well. Steve explained what he was doing and why. had to do a little experiment, but that was expected. did not appreciate 10 service charge. For what? #17 for ports 118.75 for labor F 1.19 Tax-$136.94.

It went well...just a little pricey.

After being stood up by another plumber. I contacted Stemler based on reviews in Angie's list. They showed up on time. did the work for less than the estimate. Quality of workmanship was excellent. I will continue to use Stemler whenever need a plumber in the future.

It went great, start to finish. He came in and did the job quickly and got out just as fast. He was very polite. I would definitely recommend him.

Came in on time. Did the job fast and with little mess. We have used Stemler for years and would highly recommend them for any plumbing job.

We scheduled a time for them to come to give estimates but it was almost three weeks because they were so busy with weather emergency that I ended up, way before that I got other estimates from couple of other people so I just called and cancelled that.

It went well. All work was completed in a half day day and they had the specific type of replacement faucets (Delta) we specified.

Great service. After trying (and failing) to do this and quot;DIYand quot; project myself, Stemler plumbing came to the rescue. They located the exact replacement parts for this 80+ year old home and installed them as soon as they came in. The repairman was prompt, courteous and thorough in explaining what had caused the problem and how to avoid future problems. Will definitely use them again!

It went great. The 1st guy came out and fixed the leak but we didn't realize the hot and cold handles were on backwards. I called the next day and someone else came out and fixed that. Both gentlemen were very professional, very friendly and knew what they were doing. Great experience!

When I called them to come look at my water heater that had made a loud noise and quit working, they came right out within a few hours to look at it. When it was determined that it was no longer operable, they were able to install a new water heater within a few hours. The technician who came was prompt, courteous and knowledgable. I was very please by the whole experience.
